Project overview
Perched high above Lake Rosseau, this project features a design that blends the buildings west-coast architecture with the large scale of the surrounding bedrock outcroppings. The landscape design integrates large dimensional pathways in line with contemporary style with natural sweeping planting beds to help soften the appearance of granite. A prefabricated spa offers low-maintenance relaxation, while a central gathering space with a stone bench and fire table serves as a communal area. Strategic lighting ensures safety and highlights natural features, blending old elements with new pathways seamlessly.
Features
The project features a custom stone couch and fire table adorned with cushions designed to complement the landscape furniture, complete with a custom cover for effortless rain protection. Additionally, a large prefabricated spa offers relaxation with minimal maintenance requirements. A designated dog run, featuring artificial turf, provides a space for furry companions to play. Lastly, a helipad adds a touch of convenience and luxury to the property, catering to the needs of residents and visitors alike.
